What does chatinc Automate actually do? +
Automate is a done-for-you WhatsApp application journey migration. We rebuild your existing WhatsApp bot on Meta Flows, instrument every step, and measure the result. The target is a 10 to 15 percent reduction in application drop-off within 60 days of go-live. If we miss the target, the implementation fee is refunded.
Why is the application drop-off guarantee unusual? +
Most WhatsApp vendors sell software licences or build-your-own implementations. They do not commit to a measurable outcome. chatinc puts the implementation fee on the line, tied to a specific drop-off reduction target measured against a baseline we establish at go-live. No other WhatsApp vendor in the South African market currently offers this.
What does Automate cost? +
There is a one-time implementation fee, refundable under the drop-off guarantee. There is also an ongoing retainer for managed service, support, and step-level analytics. The exact retainer depends on application volume and the number of flows in scope. The 30-minute migration assessment produces a fixed quote.
Can we trial Automate before committing? +
Yes. The 30-minute migration assessment is free, no commitment. We share a sample Flow design, a draft drop-off baseline for your volumes, and a fixed quote. You decide whether to proceed.
What does our team need to provide during the migration? +
Access to your current WhatsApp Business setup, your CRM and LOS for integration, a nominated business owner to approve the Flow design, and a nominated technical contact for the integration sprint. chatinc handles the rest, including the Meta Business migration and the BSP exit where applicable.
What happens to applicants who are mid-journey when we migrate? +
We design the migration to minimise disruption. In most cases, applicants in flight on the legacy bot at the moment of cutover are handed to a live agent for the remainder of their session. After cutover, every new applicant enters the new Flow.
How long does the full implementation take? +
30 days from kick-off to go-live. 60 days from go-live to outcome measurement. 90 days total from start to refund-or-keep decision.
